The Forno Marco 30-inch gas range is designed for residential kitchens and features a stainless steel exterior with four sealed gas burners and a built-in temperature gauge. The cooktop delivers a combined output of 37,000 BTU, including a high-output burner for boiling and searing and a lower-output burner for simmering. Continuous cooking is supported by sealed burners and a recessed black enamel surface that helps contain spills.

The 30-inch oven offers a 4.32 cu. ft. capacity with a combined bake and broil output of 26,000 BTU. An internal convection fan supports even heat circulation for baking and roasting. The insulated oven door features a triple-layer glass window to support heat retention and visibility during cooking.
