At Oppzer Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. This policy applies to both rings and kitchen appliances purchased from our store.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
For Rings:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- Returned with original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase
- Must not show signs of wear, scratches, resizing, damage, or alteration
For Kitchen Appliances:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories
- Must not be installed or used
- Must include proof of purchase
Acceptable Reasons for Return
1. Manufacturing Defects
- Rings: loose stone, damaged setting, structural defects
- Appliances: not functioning properly, defective components, electrical or operational issues
2. Item Arrived Damaged
- Scratches, dents, cracks, or any visible damage during shipping
3. Color or Appearance Difference
- Significant difference due to lighting or screen display variations
4. Incorrect Item Received
- Product received is different from what was ordered
5. Size Issues (Rings Only)
- Ring size does not fit as expected
6. Change of Mind
- Return allowed within 30 days if all eligibility conditions are met
Return Cost
All returns are completely free. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. There are no return shipping charges, restocking fees, or hidden costs.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@oppzerltd.uk with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item first. Once approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. If already shipped, the standard return process will apply.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days after approval, contact support@oppzerltd.uk.
