The Forno Capriasca 48-inch French door gas range in white is designed for residential kitchens and features a full-size cooking surface with eight sealed dual-ring brass burners. The cooktop delivers a total output of 160,000 BTU, with individual burners rated up to 20,000 BTU and capable of low-temperature simmering down to 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast iron grates span the cooktop surface, providing stable cookware support across burners. The recessed black enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills for easier cleaning.
The range includes two ovens with a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. and a total cooking output of 44,000 BTU. The main oven features convection cooking and a 10,000 BTU infrared broiler for baking and broiling functions, while the secondary oven provides conventional baking. Both ovens feature a blue enamel interior and multi-layer glass door panels. A left-swing French door configuration allows access to the main oven compartment.
Included accessories consist of six telescopic stainless steel oven racks, a rotisserie kit, wok support, reversible griddle, air fry basket, and a liquid propane conversion kit. Zinc-coated metal control knobs with integrated illumination are located on the front control panel.
