The Forno Capriasca 36-Inch French Door Dual Fuel Range features a freestanding stainless steel design with a French door oven configuration that allows both doors to open simultaneously, reducing the required door clearance. The cooktop is equipped with six sealed dual-ring brass burners delivering a combined 120,000 BTU, supporting a range of cooking tasks from high-heat searing to low-temperature simmering.
Heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates provide stable cookware support and allow movement across the cooktop surface. The recessed black enamel cooktop cavity helps contain spills for easier cleaning.
The oven offers a 5.36 cu. ft. capacity with a total 30,000 BTU broil and bake output and includes a convection fan for even heat circulation. The interior features a speckled blue enamel finish, two halogen lights, and a triple-layer glass oven door for visibility during cooking.
Included accessories consist of three stainless steel telescopic oven racks, an air fry basket with rack and drip pan, a rotisserie kit with skewer forks, a reversible griddle, a wok ring, and an LP conversion kit. The range is constructed with 304 stainless steel panels, zinc-coated metal control knobs with bezel rings, and adjustable stainless steel legs designed to fit counter heights between 35.5 inches and 36.5 inches.
