The Forno Capriasca 30-inch freestanding all-gas range is designed for residential kitchen use and features a stainless steel exterior with a French door oven configuration. The French door design allows both doors to open together using one hand and reduces the amount of clearance required in front of the oven.

The cooktop includes five sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of up to 100,000 BTU, supporting a range of cooking temperatures from high-heat searing to low-heat simmering. Continuous cast iron grates provide a stable surface for cookware and allow pots and pans to slide across the cooktop. The recessed black enamel cooktop cavity helps contain spills and supports easier cleaning.

The oven offers a 4.32 cu. ft. capacity with a convection fan for even heat circulation. With a total bake and broil output of 30,000 BTU, the oven supports baking, roasting, and broiling functions. A speckled blue enamel interior, dual halogen lights, and a three-layer glass oven door provide interior visibility during operation.

Included accessories are three stainless steel telescopic oven racks, a wok ring, a reversible griddle, a rotisserie kit with skewer forks, an air fry basket with rack, a drip pan, and an LP conversion kit. The range features zinc-coated metal control knobs with bezel rings, pro-style handles, and adjustable stainless steel legs to accommodate counter heights between 35.5 inches and 36.5 inches.
