The FORNO Capriasca 48-inch freestanding gas range features a 304-grade stainless steel exterior. The cooktop includes 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 160,000 BTU. Each burner supports a wide heat range, including low-output settings for controlled simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates provide stable support for cookware and allow movement across the cooking surface. The recessed enamel cooktop cavity is designed to help contain spills and support easier cleaning.

This unit includes double gas ovens with a combined capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. and a total output of 44,000 BTU. The main oven (4.32 cu. ft.) includes an infrared mesh broiler, a convection fan for even heat circulation, and a rotisserie skewer. Both ovens feature blue enamel interiors and triple-layer glass door windows for visibility during cooking.
