The Forno Capriasca 48-inch gas range is constructed with 304-grade stainless steel and designed for residential kitchen use. The cooktop includes eight sealed dual-ring brass burners with a combined output of 160,000 BTU. Each burner provides up to 20,000 BTU and supports low-heat operation down to 1,000 BTU for controlled simmering. Continuous cast-iron grates allow cookware to be moved across burners. The recessed enamel cooktop surface is designed to help contain spills and support routine cleaning.

The range features a total oven capacity of 6.58 cu. ft. across dual ovens. The main 4.32 cu. ft. oven includes a convection fan, infrared mesh broiler, and rotisserie function. Both ovens feature blue enamel interiors and triple-layer glass door windows. The combined oven output is rated at 44,000 BTU.

Included accessories consist of six telescopic stainless-steel oven racks, a rotisserie kit, wok support ring, griddle, and LP conversion kit. The control knobs are zinc-coated metal with bezel rings and integrated illumination.
